Our Key System
We will need access to your home during business hours (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) on the day you are scheduled. You can conceal a key, leave a door open, or use our keying system, allowing us to keep a key. We do regret we cannot work by appointment.

Payment
Please leave your check or cash payment on the kitchen table in clear view before the team arrives. If there is no payment, we must assume that you did not want service that day. A small fee is charged for any returned checks.

Scheduling
Your service is scheduled for a specific day. Unfortunately, we cannot predict a specific time the team will arrive, nor can we make appointments. If you need to skip or terminate your service, please call our 24-hour answering number at least 8 hours in advance. If you fail to give a reasonable notice or neglect to provide access to your home the day of your service, there is a small fee to help pay the cost of labor and transportation.

Pets
Please secure your pets the day you are scheduled for service, as they sometimes do not accept strangers into their home.

Please Note
We ask your patience; many items will not come clean the first few visits, and you will find that the quality steadily improves over a few cleanings. Please put away valuables, money, irreplaceable items, and jewelry. We care about your property and do not want items misplaced or broken, as accidents do happen.

Supplies
Our team will arrive at your home fully equipped, and they are more than efficient using their own equipment. If requested, there is no problem with us using products of your choice. We do ask that you leave your own floor wax or hardwood floor cleaner, if one is needed (liquid only, please).

Questions or Problems
We want to hear from you, and if there is a problem, we cannot correct it unless we are informed. We want you to be happy with your service, and we will do anything possible to ensure quality service. As a convenience, our phone has an answering service and messages are returned as timely as possible. Please let us hear from you.
